Research involves methodological work within nutritional epidemiology (diet assessment methods, reporting issues and bias consequences), primary intervention interventions linking dietary changes to obesity and disease development (in particular healthy diet interventions in school and home base settings) as well as observational nutritional epidemiology (examining nutrient or food intakes, and food or meal patterns in relation to development of obesity and chronic disease.
