Short presentation
The overall objective of my project is to select and characterise protective monoclonal antibodies and investigate different ways of presenting multiple epitopes on virus-like particles. The focus will be on three P. falciparum merozoite antigens shown to induce antibodies with synergistic strain-transcending effects. The aim is that the knowledge can be transformed into a multivalent vaccine for blood-stage malaria.
