Company-level bargaining; digital labour markets; working hours; labour market segmentation, private sector.

Current research

Anna Ilsøe focuses in her research on the development of The Danish Model in the private sector. Currently, she is head of two research projects on digital labour markets in private services. Previous studies have examined company-level bargaining in Danish manufacturing - including surveys and case studies of negotiations on pay, working time and further training. Another focus has been international comparative studies, where she has compared The Danish Model and German, American and Australian labour market regulations, respectively.
