Personal profile

Short presentation

My research group works on molecular and immuno-parasitology. We have specific interests in

- Interactions between gut parasites, immune function and the host diet and microbiota

- Novel anti-parasitic compounds from natural plant sources

- Parasite-induced modulation of inflammation and immunity

We use in vitro models and experimental infections in both small (mice) and large (pig, cattle) models.
