Currently investigating the health-related reception of refugee children and young refugees in the Nordic countries (Denmark, Norway and Sweden). The health-related reception is studied from an individual and structural perspective through the use of policy-documents and interviews. The study is part of the CAGE (Coming Of Age in Exile) project which is funded by NordForsk (2015-2019)

In 2013, I examined contacts in the psychiatric healthcare system within the Danish Refugee Children Cohort by using registry-based data.
