Description

This introductory text contains a range of case studies showing how to use R for statistical analysis in ecotoxicology, both basic and more advanced statistical methods are introduced. Analysis of variance, linear and generalized linear regression models as well as various extensions are covered whereas nonlinear regression and dose-response models are not as we’ve covered them in detail elsewhere. The case studies are based on data from publications, text books, or other sources. In any case data are freely available and the corresponding data files are provided in the accompanying zip file. The material is intended for self-study.
