I gave an interview for JP about the new Unitary Patent System and the new EU patent court. I expressed my support for the unitary patent system. Concerning SME's I highlighted - among other things - that companys may also "opt out" and use the old system. It will all be a strategic question. Also I stressed that the quality and efficiency of the procedure and the judges will be absolutely decisive to establish trust and to convince companies to use the system!
