Description
For a number of years, motivational interviewing has been the gold standard in coaching for health and lifestyle change. But to ensure a sustainable change, the dialogue should not only focus on a final goal, but also include the coachee’s living conditions, personal narratives, and values. In both a one-on-one meetings and within the group context, it is important to involve all participants collaboratively in the dialogue. Through personal experience and co-creative dialogue, meaning is shaped as the basis for a renewed understanding of oneself and the world. Reinhard Stelter will integrate theory, his research, and case studies in this session.
