Classroom teaching and supervisor abilities:
Spatial statistics at BSc-level. Physical geography, soil science, edaphology, soil erosion, digital image processing and digital elevation modelling at MSc-level. Land evaluations and geographical information systems and at PhD-level.

Field work
Several soil science related field work campaigns in Denmark.

Several EU-contracts related to soil science. Among others SPADE (Soil Profile Analytical Database), ENVASSO (Environmental Assessment of Soils for Monitoring).

Kort præsentation

Since 2010 my research has mainly focused on climate change and how to provide first overviews of the storm surge and stormwater consequences. Secondly, I've been involved for many years in digital soil mapping - especially concerning how to harmonize a soil map of Europe.

Currently (Sept. 2019) I'm involved in the CLIMACCESS research project where my component is on estimating the stormwater consequences for Accra, Ghana. Also, I'm collaborating with Esri, CA on sharing two workflows on storm surge and stormwater modeling to be downloaded from their learn.arcgis.com site by Jan. 2020 and June 2020.
