Aktuel forskning

My current research focuses on estimating structural dynamic models of the simultaneous choice of home and work locations for individuals (in an equilibrium setting) and for 2-person households (in a partial equilibrium setting), respectively. I aim at estimating effects of counterfactual policies such as the "Better Balance" policy implemented by the Danish government that moves public sector jobs out of Copenhagen.  I also do work on hedonic price estimation as well as estimation of demand and willingness to pay for amenities such as crime and cleaner air.
