Aktuel forskning

Vi studerer de molekylære mekanismer der ligger til grund for dannelsen, vedligeholdelsen og funktionen af primære cilier. Vores nuværende arbejde er fokuseret på regulering af mikrotubuli-afhængig vesikulær transport til og fra ciliet, samt hvorledes ciliet fungerer som koordinator af forskellige signaleveje under udvikling og vævshomøostase. Vi benytter os primært af forskellige pattedyrsceller som modelsystemer.
