Kort præsentation

Linnéa's main areas of interest in the law lie in international law, climate change and the law, and human rights law, with a particular interest in the interaction of climate change and human rights. Her PhD project centres on the meaning of the loss and damage provision of the Paris Agreement and it's legal implications. The project is supervised by Professor Morten Broberg and co-supervised by Beatriz Martinez Romera. 

A human rights lawyer by training, Linnéa holds an LLM in International Human Rights Law (Lund University) and an LLB in English Law (University of Dundee). Prior to joining the University of Copenhagen, she worked at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law in Lund, Sweden. During her time at the RWI she worked with human rights research and other assistance in direct engagement projects. 

Undervisnings- og vejledningsområder

Linnéa teaches the masters course 'International Human Rights Law', and guest lectures on the courses 'Climate Change and the Law', 'Migration and forced displacement from climate change', 'The European Court of Human Rights'. She offers supervision of bachelor and master theses on these topics, as well as Public International Law and Laws of Armed Conflict.
