Candidata Politicies (M.Sc.in economics) from the University of Copenhagen in 1996.

PhD from The Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University, Denmark in 2005.

Employment

Employed as a research assistent in 1998, and is currently associate professor combined with being head of administration.

Research

Primary interest is within bioeconomic modelling, productivity and efficiency analysis of the fishing vessels and issues of fisheries management.

Appointed member of the Scientific, Technical and Economic Commitee for Fisheries (STECF)

Member of the Danish Economics Society, European Association of Fisheries Economists and the International Institute of Fisheries Economics and Trade.
