Performance:

  • Clinical trial data management of phases 1-3 of clinical trial
  • Developed several systems and processes for optimization and integration of project/data flows which has reduced the time spend by 60 % and budget by 15%
  • Full data flow processing and analysis;
  • Created 10 forms for data reports and management
  • Designed and tested 30 CRF/eCRFs
  • Organized lots of online meetings and trainings

Projects

  • SCAID – Desktop application for local optimization of several trial procedures. Automatize the process of randomization (distribution), delivery and compliance report for clinical trial drug manufacturing. The application had been implemented in 2013 on Java SE using Eclipse IDE. As the database, the PL/SQL have been used and JDBC driver to connect it. I used several plugins to print PDF and send e-mail report.
  • SRP – Desktop application realized on Java SE using Eclipse in 2014 and local database to validate the algorithm of medical research and pharmacokinetics.

  • Developed web service and mobile application to increase compliance and control of treatment

  • Improved the process of treatment according to mined data results

Projects

  • · ADSM-Staff application – Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system based on restful application to control and increase quality of trial compliance giving the access to system through web-service and android application. The MVC application was implemented using Spring framework using Maven and Apache Tomcat 8.4 as in 2017. Database designed using Pl/SQL and Hibernate to work with it.
  • ADSM-Client application – Native android application with RestAPI for clinical trial participants. The application implemented using Android Studio. The application has two interfaces, 1st with limited functionality for trial participants, second with trial staff role based functionalities.

  • Developed 6 of educational-methodical complexes of data science disciplines;
  • Delivered lectures on Data-Science and Human-Computer Interaction

 

Projects:

  • VAA application – the web application for predicting weather the election candidate’s missions is suitable for elector or not. The application realized Java2EE in 2016 in IntelliJ IDEA. Application has survey delivered on different topics. The first step is analysis of social networks and feed of candidates and development of their profile according to specific questions and topics. Twitter and Facebook apis used to realize it. Further the elector should pass the survey and the system using statistics formulas will decided the degree of compatibility of elector and candidate.
