On this Zenodo upload, we share a snapshot of the source code of the satuRn R package at the time of our [bioRxiv publication version 1](https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.01.14.426636v1.full). satuRn is under constant development. For a more detailed description of the package and the latest release version, we refer to our GitHub https://github.com/statOmics/satuRn. In addition, we aim to submit the package to the next release of the Bioconductor open software project, which is scheduled for the end of April 2021. From that moment, we advice installing the latest stable release of satuRn from the Bioconductor website.
