Reproducible workflow for the causal analysis described in the Supplementary Material 3 of the article: Migliavacca et al., The three major axes of terrestrial ecosystem function. Nature. https://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-021-03939-9. The object contains the data and the scripts to perform the invariant causal prediction analysis and the causal variable importance. Expected runtime on a standard desktop machine: roughly 5 hours. The scripts can be launched one by one or at once launching the script: mainCausality.R. A markdown with all the steps of the analysis is also provided: reprod-workflow.Rmd.
