Gut microbiome disturbances of altricial Blue and Great tit nestlings are countered by continuous microbial inoculations from parental microbiomes

Complete ASV tables from two different experiments included in the the manuscript: "Gut microbiome disturbances of altricial Blue and Great tit nestlings are countered by continuous microbial inoculations from parental microbiomes". ASV - Efficacy experiment: Complete ASV table of the laboratory (efficacy) experiment. We collected cloacal swabs from 10 adult Great tits (Parus major). Avian gut microbiome together with microbiomes of water and food samples are included. The Genbank accession numbers of the samples are given in each column (Bioproject: PRJNA800611). ASV - Field experiment: Complete ASV table of the field experiment. We collected cloacal swabs from parents and chicks in ten nests of Great tits and ten nests of Blue tis (Cyanistes caeruleus) together with nest and water microbiome.
