Computed Tomography Emphysema Database

A computed tomography (CT) emphysema database comprising high resolution chest CT slices from never-smokers, smokers, and smokers with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Each slice has an associated label representing the leading pattern, either healthy or one of three emphysema classes (centrilobular, panlobular or paraseptal), and an associated emphysema severity. Further, the database comprises annotated patches from two of the emphysema classes (centrilobular and paraseptal) as well as healthy tissue.
