Professor Anne Rasmussen is in BBC World Business Report on the 6th of June 2019 talking about the Danish General Election and the Social Democratic Parties win. They discuss how the three core issues of the elections has been climate, welfare and immigration. Rasmussen explains how it is perhaps more surprising to the rest of the world than the Danes how the shift towards critical immigration policies have become an integrated part of the Social Democrats stance on policies. She elaborates that the mainstream parties of Denmark has gradually moved towards more critical immigration policies over a longer period of time.
