All the academic researchers in the TL network are interested in the numerous aspects of transnational living and recognize how people, goods, money and ideas move across national boundaries engendering changes in relationships between individuals and institutions. Families, households, political affiliations fostering new and diverse forms of social and economic integration within contemporary transnational society are emerging, not only in the European countries, but also in the countries of origin of migrant’s people.
