Third Generation Coaching: Narrative-Collaborative Mastery in coaching

Intertwined with the social and cultural conditions of late modern society, third generation coaching goes beyond earlier coaching practices by emphasizing a focus on identity, values and ethical reflections and by striving towards moments of symmetry, where the coach becomes a fellow human.
Problematic experiences or events are reframed by unfolding alterative narratives that are based on re-experiencing and re-membering, on ethical reflections and on the process of co-creation between coach and coachee(s).
You will:
•Explore new forms of dialogue and
•Think about practical applications for your own coaching and leadership practice arising from the latest research in this evolving area
