I have been invited to present on legal challenges related to “Alternative and Complementary Incentives for Pharmaceutical Innovation” at Harvard’s and MIT’s “2015 Broad Institute Innovation & Intellectual Property Symposium”. I will also participate in a panel with MIT academics and Pharma CEOs that discusses the role of the patent system in bringing therapies to patients.
