Course for department supervisors associated with Universitetspædagogikum

Beskrivelse

The course is for employees, who act as department supervisors for assistant professors and post docs participating in the Teacher Course for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (Adjunktpædagogikum). Content of the course: Recent trends in university teaching. Supervision model. Discussion of dilemmas which could involve special difficulties for the assistant professors. Assesment of teaching portfolio. The form is a mix between exercises, plenary discussions and theoretical summation and presentations.
