I conducted interviews with politicians, academics, civil society activists and professionals. Naturally, as a part of my PhD project, the aim was to explore how the interests and needs of various ethnic groups living in a multi-ethnic country like Uganda are accommodated and what role territorial self-governance plays in this regard.
